Offering a combination of relaxation, excitement and recognition, our qualifying top producers and their guests join us every year for a memorable trip to desirable locales such as Jamaica, Las Vegas, Grand Cayman, Palm Springs, Dominican Republic and more! Our 2012 convention is a 5 night cruise aboard The Liberty of the Seas!

At ASB, we keep our agents and managers motivated throughout the year by offering a variety of sales incentives! Everything from jewelry, to trips to bonus income may be awarded. Top producing agents and managers receive recognition and rewards by achieving sales success and motivating others to reach greater levels of production. These programs recognize the efforts of new, as well as veteran agents and managers. Our Winner's Circle also gets special recognition for going above and beyond top agent status. 

Our Annual Recognition Program highlights both the monthly and annual achievements of top performing Agents and Managers.

Top new Agents, veteran Agents, Senior Agents, District Sales Managers and Regional Sales Managers receive "of the month" recognition by earning framed certificates and acknowledgment of their efforts in various ASB publications.

The most coveted and distinguished awards are bestowed upon those Agents and Managers whose sales and management efforts are truly exemplary. Each of these winners receive a handsome award for showcasing their outstanding achievements as well as recognition in various company publications.

Awards are distributed to the top producing Agent of the Year, Senior Agent of the Year, District Manager of the Year and Regional Sales Manager of the Year based on achieving the highest amount of issued annualized premium in a calendar year, as follows:
